All About the Trees Hike
It's all about the trees! Join DCNR Park Naturalists to learn about Pennsylvania native trees and hike to visit them in their own territory. The hike includes learning to identify trees and a visit to a record-breaking big tree. Meet at the parking lot above Breakneck & Eckert Bridges at 10:00 am for a guided hike in search of some grand trees. Wear sturdy shoes and bring a drink, snack, and perhaps a camera & binoculars. |

September 9, 6:30-8pm Adult Naturalist Class - Pond and Stream This program will introduce participants to our pond and stream program. Using collecting equipment, we will catch small aquatic animals and learn to identify them. We’ll also examine the creatures in detail using our micro-projector. Members $5, Non-members $8 |
