DCNR has attempted to verify the accuracy of the GIS and trail data for internal
purposes, however, the GIS data or trail data contained in this site may contain

DCNR is currently collecting spatial data and descriptions for all open trails in
the Commonwealth. You may generate a search result on all trails for which we have
spatial data, but for trails that we do not yet have complete geographic data, the
search function will be less accurate.

Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include
name, email address, address, interests, and similar information. We do not request
or store sensitive information from our visitors, such as credit card or social

or events in your geographic area; to keep you notified of developments in trails

You hereby grant to DCNR permission in perpetuity to use the images, reviews, and
electronic data including GIS data on any of DCNR's Web sites, publications, newsletters,
brochures, fundraising appeals, public service announcements, grant proposals, reports,
awards, displays, mailings and invitations, sponsorship packets, calendars, posters,
cards, books, and/or paid advertising. DCNR's rights herein may be licensed to an
unlimited number of third parties.
Internet Protocol Address:
We collect an IP address from all visitors to our site. An IP address is a number
that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use
IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our site, analyze
trends, track users' movement, gather broad demographic information for aggregate
use in order for us to improve the site, and deliver customized, personalized content.
