Living History Hike
Start at the Chandler Miller Bridge to learn of the history and it’s current fate as a historic site. Then hike to the Bucktoe Cemetery for a look at ruins of the African American Civil War Troop burial site. Join this unique tour of significant sites in Chester County. $5 TLC members; $10 non-members. Meeting location will be displayed at registration.

Saturday, April 26: Celebrate EARTH and ARBOR Days: ? 10 am to Noon - TREE ID walk Meet at (Orange) Bunny Trailhead off of Buckley Road. Celebrate Arbor Day with Forester Jim Kessler as we meander through the forest to learn about trees. What makes a healthy forest and a good stand of trees? Jim will discuss and ID several native species on our guided Tree ID walk. Entire loop is 1.5 miles, easy to moderate hiking. Program fee: $5, FSSP members; $10, non-members.
